Portrait Parties are a gathering of your friends and family at one location to have professional portraits taken in a comfortable and relaxed environment. As the host of this fabulous party (and a great idea on your part!) your session will be on the house!

What’s included?
$50 session fee per family
Up to 2 people, each additional is $10
Up to 30 minutes with me per family
5-10 retouched images (per family) will be uploaded to your party’s private password protected gallery
10% off a la carte items
So how does this work? What do I do?
It’s so easy! Just like any other party that you’ve hosted, a Portrait Party is your gig. You’ll be in charge of putting together the guest list, selecting the date, time and location, sending out the invitations/reminders, and scheduling sessions in 30 minute intervals (10am, 1030am, 11am, etc). If you choose, you can also provide activities, snacks and beverages, or set it up as a potluck.
After-Party
An online proofing gallery will be available within 14 days after your party. A link to your gallery will be emailed to you and you and your guests will have access to that gallery for 14 days. All orders must be placed during this period, after 14 days the gallery will be removed and there will be a $25 re-hosting fee to upload the gallery again.
Order Fulfillment
Each guest will contact me directly to place their order by the order due date. Orders placed after the due date must meet a $100 minimum order requirement. Delivery time is based on product type, digital images are emailed directly to clients within 3 days, print orders are delivered within 14 days, and albums up to 30 days.
Remember that as the host of this fabulous party, you’ll receive all of the above with your complimentary sessions as well as your choice of a free digital image or desk print up to an 8×10!

*If you choose a private location, such as a the Museum, Botanic Garden, etc, it is your responsibility to call ahead to ensure photography is allowed, obtain proper license/permits and pay any photographer and/or entry fee(s) for the photographer. Portrait Parties require a minimum of 4 families to participate. Guests are not required to stay the entire party and may leave after their session is completed. All participants are required to sign a contract and model release, which outlines all policies and procedures.
