Denver Baby Photographer | Miss D’s First Birthday Session
Okay if I don’t win the slacker title of the year, then… Well I definitely should! We had so much going on last summer that I totally spaced out blogging Miss D’s birthday session! Photo’s from her session did make it onto my Facebook Fan Page so, I’m not too much of a slacker, just in the world of blogging!
Her session started off down in Southlands, it was a beautiful day and she was all grins. We walked around a bit and then drove around looking for another location with some tall grass. I was (and still am) in love with tall grass photos, at the time we were living in Texas and there was just no way I was going to go out and fight the heat, humidity and buuugs of the summer Texas days. So on our visit back to Colorado I was bound and determined to get a few field shots! Now the tricky thing with the metro area is that it’s so over developed, I mean you really have to search for those fields but if you’re lucky you can find a patch just big enough to get the job done.
Well, we didn’t find that patch but we did find a sweet little playground with a tiny bit of grass and called it good! D was amazing the entire time, not a single peep from her other than a gurgley laugh and a big smile to mama and papa.
